Solving anchoring problems on viaducts and bridges

This editorial demonstrates one of the many ways in which we have helped our customers by providing safe and secure temporary barrier systems.

The contractors for the bridge works, Jackson Civil Engineering, required temporary barriers to provide safe work zones as repair work was planned around the clock, and to keep lanes of traffic open on the ring road.

The solution was APC Civils temporary barriers as this design could self-stand without the need of being bolted down to the road surface. Anchoring would have would have damaged the bridge waterproofing membrane.
