A day before the Christmas shut down, we received a call from A1 Traffic Safety Services to provide temporary safety barriers for a canal bridge near Retford. The bridge posts had been hit by a motor vehicle and were damaged causing significant risk to road and waterways users.
APC Civils were awarded the contract to supply and install temporary concrete barriers on the A4440’s complex upgrade and improvement scheme by main contractor Alun Griffiths.
